1. 저작권 침해 신고 (DMCA)
사이트의 콘텐츠가 저작권을 침해한다고 생각하면 아래 내용을 이메일로 보내 주세요.
- 권리자 또는 대리인의 서명(이름 기재로 대신 가능)
- 침해되었다고 주장하는 저작물 설명
- 침해 콘텐츠의 URL
- 신고자의 이름, 주소, 전화번호, 이메일
- 해당 사용이 권리자·대리인·법률에 의해 허락되지 않았다고 선의로 믿는다는 진술
- 신고 내용이 정확하며, 위증 시 처벌을 감수하고 본인이 권리자이거나 권리자를 대리할 권한이 있다는 진술
요건을 갖춘 신고를 받으면 지체 없이 콘텐츠를 내리고 게시자에게 알립니다. 반복 침해자의 계정은 해지할 수 있습니다.
2. 반론 통지
내 게시물이 잘못 삭제되었다고 생각하면 서명, 삭제된 콘텐츠와 원래 위치, 착오나 오인으로 삭제되었다고 선의로 믿는다는 위증 처벌 하의 진술, 이름·주소·전화번호, 관할 연방법원에 동의한다는 진술을 보내 주세요. 법이 정한 기간 안에 권리자가 소송을 내지 않으면 콘텐츠를 복원할 수 있습니다.
3. 정정·삭제 요청
뉴스나 게시물의 사실 오류, 본인 개인정보 노출, 명예훼손 등은 해당 URL과 요청 내용을 적어 보내 주세요. 확인 후 정정, 숨김, 삭제 여부를 알려 드립니다.

1. Copyright infringement (DMCA)
Send a notice including: a physical or electronic signature of the owner or authorized agent; identification of the copyrighted work; the URL of the infringing material; your name, address, phone and email; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner. We will promptly remove the material and notify the poster. Repeat infringers’ accounts may be terminated.
2. Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, send your signature, identification of the removed material and its location, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and phone, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court. We may restore the content if the complainant does not file suit within the legal period.
3. Corrections and removal
For factual errors, exposure of your personal information or defamation, send the URL and your request. We will review it and tell you what action was taken.
